Desde el reggae, Dunbar desarroll\u00f3 un estilo de bater\u00eda que se inspir\u00f3 en ritmos tradicionales jamaicanos, as\u00ed como en rock, funk y soul.<\/p>\n<p>En 1972 Dunbar se uni\u00f3 al bajista Robbie Shakespeare (fallecido en 2021) para fundar Sly and Robbie, secci\u00f3n r\u00edtmica asociada principalmente a reggae y dub.
